We are engaged in the production of turned and milled parts from all common materials on modern CNC machines. We produce simple and complicated precision parts, medium series up to 65 mm in diameter on automatic lathes and up to 250 mm in diameter on chucker lathe. We machine castings and forgings and assemble components.

The production process is subject to continuous quality controls. To check the machining processes, we have a 3-D measuring machine from The Derby-Etalon brand, followed by a measuring machine for the contours and surface of the Zeiss Contourrecord 1700SD brand. To ensure flexible manufacturing, we use mahr's portable Perthometer meter to measure surface roughness, Mitutojo profile projector, and a myriad of calipers, micrometers, measuring protractors, and sliding scales that are subject to specified calibration.
